A place for advanced shooters to hone their skills in a safe environment

Shooting competitions are held at our Naples Gun Range every Monday and Thursday at 5:15pm. You will be required to bring your own firearms, ammunition, hearing protection, and glasses. Safey is paramount in a competitive environment and you will be required to follow a very strict set of rules if you wish to compete at Lou Land Gun Club. We want you to be safe and have fun!

3 Gun Competition

3 Gun Competition involves shooting Rifle, Shotgun, and Pistol over a number of stages. This exciting competition demands great skill in a variety of weapons and allows you to transition between them. 3 Gun competition is very fast paced and extremely competitive. Shooters that want to improve their weapons skills are strongly encouraged to participate and learn from great shooter! This will help you learn much more than shooting at stationary targets in a bay.
Ammo Requirements: 100 rounds pistol, 50 rounds rifle aammo, and 25 rounds of shotgun ammo. You will also need to bring your own eye and ear protection, a holster, and spare magazines.

Pistol Competition

Pistol Competition at our Naples shooting range is held on Thursdays starting at 5:15pm. You will shoot anywhere from 3 to 4 stages of mixed targets. Target types include steel plates, poppers, and paper sillhouettes. This competitive and very addictive style of shooting is sure to make you want to come back for more. Shooters that are new to competition are carefully guided to ensure their safety. Our great group of shooters will help you with tips and tricks to really improve your level of shooting and to get another sharp competitor to shoot against.
Ammo Requirements: Please bring at least 150 rounds of ammunition for your firearm as well as a belt, holster, eye and ear protection, and extra magazines (at least 3 15 rnd magazines)

Due to the fast paced nature of competition please speak to Lou at our Naples Gun Range before coming to competition if you have not competed before. He will be able to tell you exactly what you will need to bring, will be able to look over your equipment, and will also be able to run you through some of the basic safety rules that make our competition safe and fun for everyone. We would love for you to join us!
